Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the faucet in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, decorative plates, and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
